Weighed myself this morning after having started my extended fasting on Sunday night following my last bit of food. That was about 7:30 PM, so as of this morning at 7:30 AM I was at roughly 3 days. I weighed myself just shy of 5:00 AM, at which time I weighed in at 196 lbs. (I started at 206.8 lbs.). Down by 10.8 lbs from Monday at around the same time.
The last time I did this fasting I gained weight during the first couple of days, not lost it. The reasoning for this I am guessing is that my water intake along with electrolytes were not completely in balance. I rectified this for the current fast as I am getting a larger amount of electrolytes and drinking at least 1 gallon of water per day. The best part about today is I get to eat, so I am happy about that without a doubt. It will just be one meal, but that is enough at this point. I will follow this by two more days of fasting and then eating over the weekend before doing 5 full days of fasting.
Another update, I have fixed my Editing Service’s page as it needed an update. This is something I hope to get more involved in, putting some extra money in our pockets from now on. I think I have priced these services good, though some might not agree. If you need anything like this, please have a look, and if worse comes to worst contact me, we can work something out.
Workouts the last couple of days has been just cardio. After the lengthy bike ride this weekend, I hosed up my knee something fierce and decided that just doing a workout on my elliptical was enough. This will continue just for this week and next week I will get back to my CrossFit workouts.
